This policy explains what information pufftransfers.com collects, why it is collected, and how it is stored. The site is operated by Jiashan Mona Printing Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us").

1. Information we collect

We collect only what you voluntarily submit through inquiry channels:

• Contact form: name, email, company name, phone or WhatsApp number, and the project description you write.
• Email and messaging: any content you send to support@pufftransfers.com, WhatsApp, or our phone numbers.
• Artwork and specifications: images, vector files, Pantone references, and garment details you share for sample or quotation purposes.
• Server logs: standard request data (IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamp) automatically generated by our hosting provider.

2. How we use it

The information you submit is used solely to:

• Reply to your inquiry, prepare quotations, and produce samples.
• Communicate about active orders (production updates, shipping notifications).
• Improve site reliability and detect abuse via aggregated server logs.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or profile-building.

3. Cookies

The site uses minimal technical cookies required for the consent banner state and basic functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, the cookie banner will be updated accordingly and your consent will be requested before such cookies are set.

4. Storage and retention

Inquiry messages and artwork files are stored in our internal email and project management systems. Inquiries that do not result in an order are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless you ask for earlier deletion. Active and past order records are retained for 7 years to comply with Chinese accounting and export documentation requirements.

5. Confidentiality of artwork

Artwork, Pantone references, garment construction details, and unreleased product designs you share with us during quotation or production are treated as confidential. We do not reproduce another customer's artwork without that customer's permission and we do not display customer artwork in case studies or marketing materials without explicit written approval.

6. Your rights

You may at any time email us to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your inquiry record (subject to active-order obligations).
• Withdraw consent for further communication.

7. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Internally we use access controls on email and project systems. No internet-based service is fully immune to risk; if we detect a security incident affecting your data we will notify you within a reasonable time.

8. Children

The site is intended for business buyers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data through our forms, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our processing practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
